ADM Estrela – Associação Social e Desenvolvimento is a non-profit private institucion for social care (IPSS/NGO/NGO for People with Disabilities, hereby certified by The National Institute of Rehabilitation), founded in December 1989, based in Vale de Estrela – Guarda, recognized as a public utility organization.
Its principles are social solidarity, the promotion and development of social and benefit activities, of communal and social inclusion, of the equality of opportunities between genders, of health, education, formation and professional improvement.”.
ADM Estrela intends to assume a social role of recognized value in relation to the support of the populations that present greater social vulnerability and has been increasing its offer with regard to social support and intervention among the populations.
Currently the ADM’s intervention covers the regions of:
